I don't think so, because,

a. he doesn't seem to believe in silly competition nor sets goals based on the actions of others or the consequences of those actions. Had he done that, he would have attended a lot more events, endorsed a lot more products that he did in past years after seeing the steps of his counterpart you mentioned. Also, he could've comparatively easily bagged a lead role in Alt Balaji if he wished to considering his reputation and convention with EK family but irony is he is the only big name missing for the Balaji TV actors/actresses camp from not having done a lead role for Alt yet.

b. and for the 'love of statistics', given the numbers available to public domain, there is no way to ascertain DT's webseries even as a 'hit', let alone labeling it as a 'big hit'. Other than big mouths from some pr concerned tv media and actors' tv fandoms, who are in any way irrelevant to web series revenue game, the series is panned by core webseries and film buffs who matter the most. The reviews, reactions and the responses to the series have been mixed-negative to downright negative.

You are negetive casket. You hate DT so much ki even if the series is hit you call it not a hit. By the the with less promo, this is a good series. Not great like test case ya Bose ya scared games. But is good..try to learn appreciating good things first n be true to yourself ..

I would really love to know the statistics and the numbers available in public domain do share the link since ekta herself accepted in a tweet she has got superhit numbers for CLACM and majority people have enjoyed the story, chemistry and waiting for season 2 which i m sure is in scripting stage and will soon go on floors. So when the person who has invested money is happy with the numbers i dnt know what other numbers are available to us in public domain! I will be waiting for the link of the domain you saw ur numbers from basis which u r claiming it to be a flop cause i dnt have a knowledge of any such domain and i will then have to go by the bosses word who claims it to be a superhit in terms of numbers and i can actually append her tweet here.
