Exactly. He should work outside BT now. And for movies, he should look for content based mid low budget movies where he can show his like skills like Manoj Bajpayee, Rajkumar Rao, Nawazuddin did. For that 34 years is still young. However I don't see him as a purely commercial film actor which demands ideal age to be around 30.
