It's a very dicey thing ..most of these ppl struggle for years to get roles in shows and hence may not be able to take gutsy decisions...so there might have been some argument ot problem and the cast decided they will not go...and it was implicit...

But later many developed cold feet thinking about pissing off a big channel network...aditi ..Anita..KP..aly..neenaji seem to have been in a better position mentally and otherwise to stand by their decision ...

It's a lot to do with circumstances and how each person is m.on terms of dealing with conflicts and compromises..some can take bigger risks and leaps and can stick their neck out ..others seek safety ...
