This is a show which had hit a bad slump despite a highly promoted honeymoon track and some very lovey dovey tracks in the past and slipped out of the top 10 ...

But both the PH and the channel never stopped promoting it or giving track after track with focus on the leads including 4 different promos for the separation and meeting tracks...

IMO both the leads of this show are poor actors but the setting of the show..the fact they retained a 7 yr old slot that most ppl blindly tune into and have kept negativity at bare minimum ..And continued promoting it heavily has worked for the show..

The PH continues to focus on the show ..And the channel obliges by promoting the show constantly on every platform...

On the other hand YHM Has survived purely due to its leads and their conviction despite very poor tracks..no promotion and being pushed around by both the channel and the PH...

Budapest was a breath of fresh air and promoted well ..the last YHM track which was executed with all the props..And it immediately got great results.

The shaadi show is doing this consistently for 2 yrs now...every track is promoted ..every track gets a brand new promo ..And the PH waits for the track to play out. ...

Anyways..fact is... YHM is still a far better show despite all the shortcomings...till date...it does surprise you when you least expect it...

We still remember almost every scene of the first 1.5 yrs of the show...that's truly rare ..

SP and EK will be boasting about the show even 15 yrs from now saying it was a trend changer blah blah...despite them being the reasons for not allowing the show reach the heights it could...sad but true

YHM has been like dat child from whom there r no expectations...but out of d blue he starts performing well...but d teacher still doesn't notice him and doesn't pay much attention...with time he improves his performance further without much help from anyone but his own merit... But due to lack of proper guidance his performance drops... But d teacher despite knowing his problem...says ...I knew his performance wud drop...he shud drop out of school...

if they don't want to focus on Ramans paralysis than can they like just get him out of wheelchair??
