BUT

Cv's have forgotten a big thing. As stated by Param today, if he goes to jail - Simmi follows as she was an equal partner in every crime. If Simmi can give proof against Param, he can also testify for Simon's crimes and she has confessed also.

So according to the actual Indian Law - Simmi can turn into prime witness against Param and get her punishment reduced but it cannot be aborted.

Now let's see what fate has CV's decided for Simmi in their YHM law.

CV's are trying to use the stunt which they did in starting episodes where Simmi was a villain and then redeemed by stating that she was being fooled by Param.

BUT

CV's forgot one more thing. At that time Simmi actually did nothing with any of the members. She was a loving family and Param indeed was using her and duping her. So her redemption was very correct and her guilty tears were genuine. That's how we all behave in real life also . She behaved realistically but now she can't be forgiven or given a pass as being naive as she isn't.
