This is because she was nominated in best debuts lead for YHM considering she actually debut last year (2017 category). This was an attempt to keep her permenatly in YHM.

She would have been awarded this award, if her character was here to stay. But extremely bad reactions from audience may have made CV has changed their mind. So her character may end soon, hence no award. 😆

This is the first time in the last 5 years, kp and dt came out of an award show without winning awards in important categories.

Ohh! But then why was she nominated, when she literally made a forced comeback 2-3 months ago.

I mean she would have been nominated for the best debut last years's gold award because she was present at that time. But they chose to nominate her for 2018 which does not make sense. 🤔
