It's not about evoking jealously in her. He is trying to instill pain in her by making her feel that he is sharing some moments with other women, those that only they both share.

I cannot put it in words properly but, they whenever this affair thing comes up, both ishra give one kind of embarrassing expression as if a third person is watching their private life😆
