I think it's after coming back to Mumbai they still in London cloths soo it could mean bhootni issue temporary solved in London becouse ishita wearing the matarani chain from London

But then the question is, if she is given anxiety tablet through drinking water,then the truth is ishita did take only a small about of that water and that too after that bhavana girl informed mihika about this and after that too ishita hadn't taken the water,after so much time ishita drink that water,so why will bhavana inform mihika about this before ishita taking the water(when they have no surety,that who will drink the water,if its a plan then is it like giving clue to ishita), and we know it's because signal problem only mihika couldn't connect with them.If it was to give a feel that ishita is haunted because of the drink,then she could have easily wait till ishita drunk it isn't😕. At that time roshni was also not there(if we doubt roshni). Then next... if ishita was hallucinating then she want to hallucinate the bhoot ,after raman & shagun came there too but after they came she itself is accepting there was no one...i think a person who is hallucinating can't come out of it with a snap 😕. And next ishita is going to take ice-cream after the church scene so we can't tell she behave like this in front of the church because of taking ice-cream which contained tablet for hallucination 😕. And let we think,she is drugged & she is hallucinating but she want to hallucinate the bhoot face as the girls face in the newspaper not ishita's face,why will she hallucinate herself as ghost when the normal ishita nor the ghost have any dialogue about that sort...it was like ishita was seeing the future 😕
