I really really doubt if a spin-off to YHM would actually work because I don't think it is even possible for the spin off leads to draw parallels to the likes of KP, DT as seasoned performers, create that magical and blazing chemistry, deliver consistent performances and manage to create that impact , connect with the audiences. It will definitely be an uphill battle, whoever it is. I am not underestimating any actor/actress, but it is the truth and it is definitely not going to be so very easy, unlike certain other spin-offs.

We know what KP and DT gave to this show, and each and every Moment, there will be comparisons.

I have no idea about the other two spin offs and their parent shows, but considering yhm, my eyes can never find anything better than the yhm I've witnessed😳.

One member in some other thread mentioned that she feels the benchmark that yhm has laid for it's initial episodes is too high for anyone to reach. I feel the same.😳

Yeah Anita is highest paid actress so why couldn't she afforded the trip to London n why did she needed SP sponsorship for the show only to use it for her personal reasons 🥱

SP UK sponsored this trip for YHM n its actors not for their spouses or for the family moon 🤢

And showing off like how special they are for ekta shows how much AH is insecure of DivAn n their talent 🥱

DivAn achieved whatever til today is on their own hardwork without using any of their contacts or whatever but AH is just using her friendship n contacts to be in this industry specifically in YHM 🥱

Then why is she still sticking to yhm only? There has to be some reason for this na...for using Ekta's friendship only for one specific show n not the others?

She might be a very great friend with KP n she might really be good by her nature as everybody praises her...but there is really something wrong on the professional fronts that makes her stay only in YHM "to see the end of the show that she started" n spoil it for us

U know what, there is one serial running on Star's Marathi channel that is almost a recreation of yhm in Marathi language. I just thought to see one episode. There are surely very talented actors in Marathi industry too...but even before watching that episode I very well knew that these actors are really not as strong as required for this story, let alone as strong as DivAn. So I started watching that episode with open mind without having a thought about DivAn. But trust me, I couldn't even watch half episode even for the sake of anything. That FL's sweet n caring behaviour looked so fake unlike DT's who looks very natural in that loving tone with any kid...n the ML toh, I wouldn't even comment...he was an insult to the character of RKB n KP's acting.

So the point is, even when u know the comparison is not just n fair and the two shows should be watched separately, it can not happen if they are connected due to any reason. The comparison does pop up in ur mind, no matter how much u try to avoid. N the spin-off toh is connected with the real yhm itself. IshRa will keep appearing in it sometimes...it will be impossible to ignore them. I have seen Hina Khan's work n heard about Erica too...n none of them are that poor in acting but not even as strong as DT. I m sure Ekta won't cast some poor actors, she is at least the best in casting if not anything else...but no matter who plays the leads, its gonna be impossible for them to fight for their acceptance by the viewers. The story won't revolve around yhm but it will be related to yhm, so nobody will be able to forget yhm while watching it

I m atleast glad that she is not stealing any characters from yhm to show their independent story in the spin-off like Gul did with dbo. She surely wouldn't have removed any ss-hogging character from yhm to give IshRa their deserved ss...cuz they clearly have no story for yhm now n they need as many sidies now as there can be to keep it running. Unnecessarily removing characters like say RomiKa or Adiliya would have also affected yhm without them...like IB was affected when Om Rudra were shifted to DBO n the story lost all the logic since then. I m glad at least that's not happening in yhm.
