Long hair dangled down her shoulders, her lips stained with red lipstick
Her fingers shook as she looked up

"My, my " pausing she put her head down, letting out a strangled sob she fell to the ground
"My Raman, youre alive"

Standing up again she ran to him, her arms held him tightly to her
Cupping his face she kissed him on his face multiple times

"Its been so long, I thought you were"
Her voice broke again
"Miss Ishita please step back"

Ishita was dragged back by a nurse
Raman watched as she tried to fight back and get to him again
"Please, please dont take me away again"

The nurse lifted her hand, slapping her across the face
"You know hes the manager of this hospital, hes not your husband, enough of this constant drama"

"Raman" she cried
"Sedate her" the nurse shouted
She was grabbed by more nurses, the injection was pricked into her neck

Ishita fell to the floor, her eyes on Raman
A slow tear fell down her cheek as her eyes closed
A whisper of his name, the last sound on her lips

Raman walked over, picking Ishita up he led her on the bed
"I dont know whos hurt you or who makes you think I am your husband, but im not"

His words went unheard by anyone but him, his hand stroked her hair
"Why do I feel so much pain whenever you do this "

Shaking his head, he turned on his heel and walked away
"Doctor Bhalla, another patient needs your help"

With one last turn to glance at a sleeping Ishita
He nodded
"Coming"

Aaaww that is so sad!!
Ishita thinks that Raman is her husband!!!
So is Raman her husband and he does not remember her??????
Or is she imagining him to be her husband (maybe his twin????)
Raman is her doctor and she is his patient - mentally unstable!?!?!

Please continue this - you cannot leave this as it is surely?!??!?

Hey, I will be adding more parts to this so it makes more sense

I cant tell you yet or it will spoil it!

But is she mentally unstable or the only one that knows the truth?

For a while I thought it's based on current track . If possible write one on current track !

Coming to this story , it's heart wrenching to read Ishita like this . Maybe Raman was her husband in earlier Janam? Or his look alike ? Curious to read more 😊

Part 2-

Her hands shook as she stood up, her knees trembling making her crash into the wall, her hand on her mouth to hide her sobs. Closing her eyes tightly she prayed for someone to get her out of this mess.

Heavy footsteps could be heard on the stairs, she stood in the corner, the door swung open. Her fingers locked around her weapon. "Ishita"
She paused dropping her weapon and stood in the light

"Raman" she whispered, stepping closer so she could touch him, her arms were bruised and one eye was swollen, her bottom lip bleeding
She was a patient, not someone to make his heart race like it did

"Who did this to you" she gulped, reaching out for him she fell into his arms "If I told you, you wouldnt believe me, you dont even know who I am"
A flash of pain visible in her eyes
"Maybe if you tell me I will"

She pulled out a picture of herself and her husband and shoved it into his hand
The face staring back at him was his own
"But I dont remember"
She wretched to the side, his hands pulling her hair back, trying to offer her comfort

"Did it ever run through your mind that maybe, maybe I am not the mental one, you are"
Raman searched her eyes, trying to find a lie in her words but he couldnt

"Ishita just let me help you, come on"
He picked her up, walking her out of the basement and to his private office
He cleaned her up as carefully as he could
But the look in her eyes was like fire on his skin, she blamed him for not getting there in time

"I have to go home but you can stay here"
She pressed a kiss to his cheek, her chapped lips stung at the contact
"Then go, but if in the morning when you return I am dead, do not blame me"

"Ishita I can only help you if you tell me who does this to you"
She sighed, cupping his cheek
"You think im crazy, you will listen to anyone but me, somehow you will find a way to call me a liar Raman, yet I still wear the sindoor of your name on my forehead, I love you even though you have no idea who I am"

His phone buzzed next to him
He looked at the message then sighed
"I have to go, im sorry, I have to pick up my son"
"Son" she whispered
He nodded and walked away, his heart heavy
