Even Ekta won't let DT quit this show easily neither DT would quit the show because this show has revived her career and ekta has trusted her with this project

No way Dt would let down Ekta nor would want to break the relationship she shares with Ekta

also it's just a speculation becoz they visited the gynecologist
there are many other reasons too to visit a gynecologist other than pregnancy

According the news if this happened in Budapest DT in airport interview after return she said she get sick few days in Budapest anywas if it's true congratulations for DT
