If Indeed Raman threw Ishita n Ishita became cold n ruthless so something would have happened to make Ishita change her views.

See even in pics, there is Adi-Alia wedding picture, Ananya grown up pic, Ruhi grown up pic, Raman with grown up Adi, Ruhi - Alia pics etc. I doubt if Ruhanika one is choti Ruhi. For me it has 2b Pihu. In that way, there s a possibility Bhallas hv thrown Ishita out bcos of anger due to Ananya accident & Param,Simmi taken over the reigns using that. I think there is more 2 Raman-Ishita part of story&why they r in Budapest.
