I did not watch the episode yet but from the judgement any mother if really loves her daughter will try to have, to search someone better as life partner for her not like ishita who's really happy making her a new ishita... so she married father of two children and repeating the same for Ruhi, or may be if she's not going to agree Ruhi may tell her she's her stepmom so Ishita is scared but this is a truth Ishita and no one can change.
