I think this idea is better than the heart disease and all.. Simple and convenient.. Rather than going too clichd.. Love to read a normal story.. And also eagerly waiting for ab yeh pyaar na hoga phir Humse and love will find its way and also.. The seduction wali story...

heart prob issue was a nice idea. accident wala idea is very common. accident hoga to we will c only ramans reaction. but heart problem issue se we will get ishras reactions, feelings, craving for each other.
