I don't think ishita is dying coz Whatever this is whoever is loosing memory but Shagun is negative that is what AH is promoting on twitter n insta so there has to be positive women lead also what has Ah confirmed and where?? N if it is that Pihu will be considered as Ruhi then most likely it has to be ishita also there is not much change in Shagun's dress and hairstyle it is similar to what she has been wearing for quite sometime now also in this script there is bala n Mihika in the hospital why would they be there if Shagun n why not mani there even if she has lost her memory. Everything is very confusing right now we will have to wait atleast for the promo to unfold more
