This occurs in the initial days after Raman-Ishita's marraige.
As always I am more connected to the character Raman, so, it will be centered around him and Ishita's thoughts about him.

Part 1
It's been a month since Raman-Ishita's marriage.
Ishita is very happy as she has got an adorable daughter in Ruhi. She though craves for a life partner to share her life but she has accepted to live with this fate.
In this period of time she has also seen the Bhallas and their nature and she has eliminated all the misconceptions she had about them. She is also observing Raman and has deep conflict in her mind about his character.
She was very apprehensive when she decided to marry him because she feared if he would exercise his rights on her as his wife. What would she do then? She would have no way out as she would not leave Ruhi now no matter what. But she is thankful that he has kept his distance.
She has also seen him shed tears in solitude for Ruhi and Adi. And that was a big shock or, say, surprise to her because she could not digest the thought that a man so rude, who spews venom whenever he speaks can actually weep.
After witnessing that, she has changed her misconceptions about him too. She thought, maybe, just maybe, he is not what he seems. But she could never understand why he stayed away from his daughter this long. And, she was unable to forgive him for that. She did not even know the reason of his divorce. She never wanted to raise this topic even in her head, but time and again, her curiosity, his aloof behavior, got better of it and she would think about it.
(And now comes Raman)
Raman was emotionless when it came to this marraige. But seeing the bright change in Ruhi within such a short time he had no choice but to accept that it was because of Ishita. Although he could not express (or say it), he was very grateful to her for this.
Raman was really in a fix because recently he had started to get attracted to Ishita both, physically and by her nature. He had always dreamed of having a life partner who would put his family and their happiness first. And, Ishita was in every sense the life partner he dreamed of. To top it all, she was very beautiful. Raman despised himself for even having this thought because he never wanted to got through that pain again ever in his life.
He was having a tough battle with his ecstasy hormones. After all, he is a man and how can he win over the science of desire, eroticism arose in him which he had kept buried for a long 6 years.
He was sharing a room with a woman after such a long time who was his wife in papers, the mother of his daughter and to whom he was attracted to in all senses. Yes, earlier he detested her but seeing her nature towards Ruhi, her cordial nature with his family and her milky white skin, her long silky hairs, her perfect figure were creating havoc in his senses. It was like he wanted to explore her in every way possible.
But, he knew that he could not compromise anything when it came to Ruhi and also, he did not have it in him for another round of hurt and pain. He decided to play safe, so, he stayed more and more away from Ishita as much as he could. Ishita did not bother much as it was normal for her and she was unaware of the internal fight Raman was going through.
One such day, Raman came home early due to headache although he didn't want to for obvious reasons. The house was empty except Ishita. Ishita noticed his hand holding his head and understood all. That was the way Ishita was, very very caring. She decided to make him a good adrak-elaichi wali hot tea and asked him the same.
I - main apne liye coffee bana rahi hoon, aapke liye chai bana doon ?
Raman looked up at Ishita and said a flat no and he himself started making tea for himself.
She made a face and said,
I - akdu ravan!
He heard it and was rather pleased to hear such names for himself from her. He did not show it though.
After a long pause, he asked,
R - Where is Ruhi?
I - She is playing with Shravan.
Then again there was silence.
After making tea, he took it to his balcony to get some relief. But it was not working. And to add to that Ishita came and asked him if he was having headache.
He was surprised. Again. How did she know? I did not even mention anything.
R - Yes.
I - you can take this medicine (forwarding the medicine to her) and then take rest. It will help
Raman took the medicine and turned away.
Ishita stood there, expecting any reply from him.
Raman could not take it anymore and asked
R - How did you know that I have a headache? As far as I remember I did not mention anything about it.
I - You see, I am a doctor, I know when one suffers from a headache.
R(st) - Dentist, not a doctor. and not a magician too to know just like that.
But he kept quiet.
R - Anyways, thanks for the medicine and started to go from the room.
Raman had no courage or control to stay after seeing her caring nature. But what could he say to her. He said,
R - I will meet Ruhi once and then I will be off to Mihir's place.
Ishita had no idea where he was staying in the night from the past week. She was worried and curious too, but she could not voice it out. Even now she wanted to ask him and have a clear talk in this matter but seeing his state she let go and said,
I - okay. Take care.
From the past week Raman, deciding to completely play safe, devised a plan. He booked a single room near his office and started staying there in the nights. He used to go to his house early in the morning, play with Ruhi, make her jog and exercise, then get ready, drop Ruhi to school and go to office. In the evening he used to come spend time with the family for some time and then leave to his room near his office. He knew this routine would have to be broken one day and that came very soon.
Ruhi asked her papa that she wants to sleep with him and her Ishima. And he turned pale. He so wanted to deny her daughter this wish of hers but he also knew for how long. He has to face this one day. Looking at her daughter he said,
R - okay rooh, your wish is granted.
Ruhi went to share this with her Ishima.
Ishita after listening to Ruhi, said, finally.
Ishita wanted to have this talk and clear the air asap.
She really did not know why Raman was staying out. And she also started having these thoughts due to her low morale because of the lessons in the past. What if, one day, mummyji questions her and blames her for this behabior of his. Does Raman detests her this much that he is staying outside his own home. She was feeling depressed with these thoughts. Although she did not like him but he was her husband no matter what and nothing could deny that. So, she decided to talk to him about this. And now she got the opportunity.
On the other hand, even if Raman has agreed to Ruhi's demand, he was very scared to sleep with Ishita on the same bed. He knows that Ruhi will be there in between but how could he explain his struggle with his hormones. And also, he knew better that Ishita would confront him about his behavior. What and how can he explain it to her that he is fighting with his hormones day in and day out.
After putting Ruhi to sleep, Ishita asked,
I - Raman, are you awake?
R - (with dread in his voice says) yes, you did not sleep yet?
I - No. And you clearly know why. I will not beat around the bush and come to the point. Why are you staying out all these nights?
Raman being RKB was taken aback by her tone and the question. He knows that is he is staying out and someday it has to stop but who gave her the right to question her like that. He was angry. He wanted to give back but seeing sleeping Ruhi, he calmed down, and asked her to come out. She obliged. And they were sitting outside on the chair (as shown in yhm).
Raman was comtemplating how to talk this matter. He did not want to fight with her, because he knew if he would fight he would be more attracted to her seeing her JKR mode so he said calmly,
R - As far as I remember we agreed on this marraige 'sirf Ruhi ke liye'
This time it was Ishita's turn to be taken aback. She was really hurt now. In just one sentence he made everything clear to her. But she still wanted to continue this confrontation for an unknown reason. So she said,
I - I clearly know Raman why we have married. But you and I both clearly know that what you are doing can't continue for a long time. It has to stop someday. That's the reason I wanted to have this talk.
Raman knows what she said is cent percent right but he doesn't know what to do further. He has his own problem to take care of. Impulsively, he said,
R - Why do you care Ishita ? It is my problem and I will take care of it. Let us come together, talk together, discuss, only when it is related to Ruhi. Will that be alright.
Raman knew he did not have to be so blunt but he was in no control of his frustration.
After listening this, Ishita realised that he would not even look at her as a friend which she somewhere in heart hoped he would someday.
I - I had a hope that you would share this problem and we would solve it together. But it is not to be I think.
Raman seeing her care and patience is more frustrated and lashes out at her
R - How will you solve my problem ha ? Do you even know what I am going through ? I want to kiss you right now, will you solve my problem ?
