I very much liked it that Raman is willing to even murder Mani to keep Ishita with himself...and really felt sorry for him in the hospital scene.

But what happened at home is truly shocking...I thought he was just pretending an engagement just to hurt Ishita...no..but he was serious about going with it..I cannot digest this...Firstly he did not have even an ounce of trust for his wife, when faced with a crisis he left her alone and then he really planned to give her place to another woman...the last one unpardonable..

And so if ruhi did not fall ill...he would have gotten engaged to shagun...

And he again seemed to be a weak man in front of shagun's mom's hollow threats...he seemed undecided and did not have the guts to call of the engagement..

I don't think Ishita misunderstood him..

He deserves her neglect...I really really felt sorry for Ishita and don't want her to fall at his with his next emotional dialogue.
