As per segments yesterday, Chuha said that Ruhi has given a open invitation to him, much against Ishita's wishes for Lohri celebration. I have a feeling that Pihu would spot Chuha in the Lohri celebrations, get frightened and blurt out the truth. This is when Ishita / IshRa might understand that Pihu has seen Suhail murdering someone and get on to figure out the details. Just a random guess.
