Ishita is basically trying to show...she's changed, wants to move on in her life, not completely attached as before..a tad bit detached...from the family...can say a bit selfish...she wants to live her life for herself...like not selfless as before...that's the image she's projecting.

Shagun is neglecting Pihu and Raman is furious
Raman says Pihu is just a trophy not a daughter and leaves
Shagun as usual ...she's happy that Raman is away from Ishita

Adi is ok with Ishita moving on..but not completely..he's afraid of loosing her and his family again...the stability.
Ruhi is confident both will not move on..but at the same time is ok to move on provided they don't love one another anymore...but still refuses to accept when Adi says it's ok for ishima to move on..
Raman has not been in contact with his family
Maybe he's in touch with Ishita...secretly.
