If they have shown that Raman knows the entire truth and also that Kunal is the blackmailer and Raman said why bother about Mihika' izzat, he is definitely wrong. But after knowing that Nidhi is a cruel woman, yet to get the chip from her to save Ishita, if Raman and his actions to stick to that lawyer is considered OK, then even after knowing that Kunal tried this game with Mihika, misguided by Ashok, I don't think Raman can be considered as completely wrong in still going for a custody battle. Because even before, to save Ishita, it is not that Nidhi was the only lawyer na? The same case applies here. Till now, we just got to hear, he tried discussing with other lawyer and they are bound by some clauses. So he is helpless. Now it is being shown that Kunal is the only lawyer who can fight a custody battle, yet he has this negative aspect, much like Nidhi had. So yes, I partially agree with you on the woman's izzat part and Kunal doing it as per Ashok's words is wrong, but I don't think Raman still wanting Kunal to fight the custody battle can be termed completely wrong, professionally.

Maybe I missed something but what I see thus far is Raman thinks Kunal has been misinformed and played by Ashok to trap Mihika for some reason. We don't know if he knows why Mihika was targeted initially. Thus it seems like if he can show Kunal what the truth of this past is...Kunal would not aimlessly targeting Mihika & would fight for Pihu's custody too...

There is no shade changes for shagun from bad to good to bad to good. She is constantly negative. Also Pragya doesn't behave as dumb and brainless when compared to Ishita, yes teh ML is dumb. But Pragya and Co compensates for it and try to be successful. Here both IshRa are alternatively made dumb.Pragya has been shown proactive at times, here Ishita falls in Shagun's trap always and Shagun is being always projected as the intelligent plotter. This is really irking and irritating. Anyways, we can't do much about it. I have not seen earlier EK shows, but have heard that in her shows, though FL & vamps are stronger, compared to the men, the female lead thinks with brain and tries to handle the vamp. Unfortunately, for us, ever since surrogacy, we neither get a glimpse of ML or FL being proactive against the vamp. Both of them fall pray to her drama always. 🥱. That is where, I see a major difference between other EK shows and this show.
