I think shagun was never positive. I have a doubt that she only brought nidhi into ishras life and she only made ishita involve in pallavi chadda case as pallavi went to ngo where shagun works .she would have thought that once ishita is accused of murder charges she thought of entering into ramans life using surrogate baby. She would have only sent that lady away in last min for surrogacy and took her place. I think it's pre planned bcos I still remember when she went away from her kids after earthquake incident she told ishita that she will hate her from bottom of her heart. And bechara manoj became scapegoat as he is a gynecologist
