Anything can change in YHM except ishita's inability to give birth...and there is enough proof of this...they even changed ishita's medical condition(from blocked Fallopian tubes to weak womb just to sneak in the surrogacy...made ever negative character to positive one for some duration just to make her the surrogate mother of her ex- husband's kid )
And if CVs wants to repeat their track(which they are expert in)...they can make mihr or ashok(he is more suitable as his character is like shagun) to become vicky donor to give romika the happiness of a child...the only point which is not in favour of mihir/ashok is they are not CVs fav
