Raman returns from office happily and sees ishita talking to someone.. he sees ishita is showing some dresses gifts through skype.. he was happily shocked to know that ishita is talking to pihu... he was happy as he can guess that pihu is melting and ishita is happy as she is spending time with her daughter...
Raman thinks: I think time is come to return india...
Ishita: oakye pihu bye.. mumma loves you... take care... pihu smiles and says: ap kab aogay... ishita replies that soon she will come and take her... ishita ends the call... Raman wipes his tears and enters the room and says: ishita...
Ishita looks at raman and smiles... she runs to him and hugs him tightly and cries.. Raman let her cries because he knows that how happy she is.. finally she has able to make a place in her daughter heart...Raman wipes her tears and kisses her forehead and says: india chalain... ishita nods and again hugs him...
Raman books flight for india and they returns home happily... as they enters house Mrs bhalla hugs ishita and tells how much all missed her..Raman fakes anger that no one missed him.. all laughs Mr and Mrs iyer comes and bless Raman and says that they missed their son very much.. Raman signs ishita to see how much others love him.. all laughs seeing the lovely bickering of ishita and Raman...
Mrs bhalla; ja puttar have some rest...
Ishita shook her head negatively and tells that she has an important work she has to leave...Raman scolds ishita for not taking her care...but ishita was adamant that she wants to go... Raman agrees that he will come with her..
Ishita: Raman ap thak gaye hongay you were having back pain na ..
Raman: I am fine madrasan.. seedha seedha bol saath nahe layjana chahti...
Ishita: dekho aisa nahe hai..
Raman: I know aisa hi hai...he fakes anger ishita agrees to take him with her.. mihir comes hurriedly and says: thank god bhai you came...
Raman: haan per kiya hua...
Mihir: bhai come with me...
Raman: tell me what happened...
Mihir: wo kunal..
Raman understand that it's related to pihu custody.. he nods his head and tells ishita that he has to leave with mihir.. but she should be careful... and he leaves not before kissing ishita forehead... family was looking at them happily but ishita was feeling embarrassed as Raman never shows love in front on family...
Simmi: wah ishita.. kisses...
Adi: bua inka to aisa hi hai...
Ruhi: haan papa ishimaa say morning kiss liye bagair jate hi nahe thy...
Ishita cheeks turn red listening to all this.. she took her purse Nd leaves...while all family smiles seeing their kids happy in their life...
Court
Raman reaches their and meet lawyer kunal.. both greet each other.. kunal tells that case is very easy they can win it in one hearing.. Raman was shocked.. he asks how can it is possible... kunal tells that the judge had given money by shagun and mpa ashok.. because in law kids custody can never be granted to surrogate mother... and you have also corrected the birth certificate and every document of surrogacy is proper...
Raman; you mean pihu hamesha ab humare saath rahy gi.. kunal nods.. Raman was so happy to hear this happiest news.. he hugs kunal and thanks him ...
Kunal: you sign on this and today will file reopening of custody... and I will try to get early date... Raman again thanks him...
Raman: ishita kitna khush hogi... usy iski beti mil jaye GI..I will tell her first.. I know she has gone to meet pihu in school.. he leaves..
Other side
Ishita reached school she was feeling nervous as well as happy.. she doesn't know how will pihu react...she slowly slowly walks towards the school... waits in lobby for pihu... bell rings.. and kids start coming out of the classes... her heart was beating fastly... she was eagerly waiting for pihu to come out... she was looking here and there.. her eyes was searching pihu her angel her daughter... her lips curls up into a wide smiles... her eyes filled with the tears of happiness... she spots pihu coming out of class... she wants to call out her name but her voice doesn't come out...
Ishita only able to whisper her name... pihu... as her daughter listened her name... pihu looks here there as if she is finding someone.. pihu notice ishita standing there... she rubs her eyes to believe that she is seeing truth... she is there... ishita sits on her knees and looks at pihu...
pihu comes towards her.. and stops at distance.. both have some tears in their eyes... Ishita lovingly caresses her chubby cheeks... pihu whispers: mummmaaa...
Time stops for ishita... how much she has waited to listen this word from her daughter... how much she has gone through... how much she has faced pain ... but this word... from her daughter is like music for ears.. her all pain has removed... she had now true happiness... in this moment she cannot say anything... she just hugs pihu tightly crushing her in her embrace and crying happily... kissing her all over her face telling her how much she love her ...
Other side
Shagun and mani were happily chanting... when a court notice comes.. shagun was shocked to see pihu reopening case .. she was not understanding anything...
Raman reaches school..he was feeling immense happiness seeing ishita holding pihu in her arms and the little kid was happily narrating her talks... he just walks towards them and took them in hug ... pihu kisses Raman cheeks and tells that she wants to go with them.. she doesn't want to live with Shagun aunty...
Raman: pihu papa has filed case you have to live there two days more.. but promise pap and mumma will take you...
Ishita: sachi Raman..
Raman nods and tells pihu to act that she doesn't want to live with papa... because this will stop shagun from plotting anything serious... ishita smiles and says: I love you so much pihu...
Pihu hugs ishita tightly and says: I love you mumma...
Raman: ishita let go.. bye pihu...
Pihu waves her hand but ishita was not wanting to leave pihu.. Raman assures ishita that they will surely win the custody...
Pihu comes home happily shagun hugs her and fakes tears that how much she loves her and can't live without her... she tells that Raman has filed custody...
Pihu: pihu hamesha apni mumma Kay pass rahy gi... shagun au.. mumma..
Shagun hugs her and smrik seeing that her pihu is on her side... she gets relieved...
After two days
Ishita was nervously siting holding Raman hand in court... Raman took her in side hug.. all family members were also present and trying to motivate ishita and giving her strength... shagun enters holding pihu hands... ishita looks at pihu with teary eyes.. she opens her arms for pihu but pihu walks away with Shagun.. ishita cries and says: Raman pihu nahe aye.. hum usy kho daingay ...
Raman wipes her tears and says: pihu is acting as per their plan don't worry..
Judge comes...
Kunal forward the documents relating to pihu birth and tells that pihu is ishra daughter so how can court grant custody to surrogate mother... : agar aise hi mulk mein custody milain gi to infertile couple will never go for surrogacy.. aur wo aulad say mehroom rahain gay... it's unfair...
Opposite lawyer tries to interfere but judge show his palm.. kunal continue to give arguments and shows the proof that shagun has bribed the budget for custody...
Judge asks shagun to come in witness box..Shagun again start her drama and fakes how much she loves pihu.. ishita has left pihu when she needed her most.. she took care of her... and she was scared therefore she bribed judge... she is a good heart women.. and blah blah...
Judge asks about pihu consent...Shagun was sure that pihu will choose her and her fake tears will melt judge and she will get permanent custody ...
Judge: pihu beta ap kiss Kay saath Rehna chahty ho
Pihu: apni mumma Kay saath... shagun was smiling but soon her smile faded as pihu completes her sentence: ishita mumma Kay saath aur papa Kay saath...
Ishita and Raman were smiling .. Shagun was shocked... she screams... judge shut her ...
Judge announce that pihu custody granted to Mr and Mrs Raman Kumar Bhalla... Raman and ishita hugs each other happily as their happiness has no bounds... pihu runs and jumps on her parents... Raman and ishita took her in hug and smiles unable to hold the happiness...
While judge also announced punishment for Shagun for bribing judge...
Ishita and Raman happily took their daughter and leaves... finally all miseries have ended... their family got complete...
Shagun was screaming in police station and after getting permission she calls ashok to help as she did all this with his help... he refuses to help her and tells that he need to focus on his career he doesn't want to fall again because of her... and cuts the call...
Shagun gets shocked.. another blow comes when she get a tight slap from Mani... she tries to say but Mani shuts her and says: Shagun I loved you... Lekin time dhoka diya.. sabko aur muje bhi...
Shagun: Mani.. mein bhi tumse Bohat pyaar karti hoon... please help me ... I promise I will not do anything wrong...
Mani leaves...
Bhalla house was decorated as their pihu is back... all have lots of fun pihu was not leaving Raman and ishita for even a second... pihu hugs ishita and yawns... ishita kisses pihu and says: pihu ko neend arahi hai... pihu nods...
Ishita lifts pihu and goes in room. Raman also follows them... trio settles on bed.. pihu cuddles more to ishita and says: mumma..
Ishita: hmm
Pihu: you are not angry na...
Ishita: why I will angry...
Pihu: mein ne apko Bohat bura kaha... Ishita hugs her tightly and says: mumma pihu say kabhi naraz nahe hosakti...
Pihu: I love you mumma... and kisses ishita...
Raman: pihu... papa say koi pyaar nahe...
Pihu: I am angry with you papa... mumma to kitni achi hai apne unpay gussa kiya... aur pihu say jhoota bhi bola...
Raman: I am sorry bacha...
Pihu: punishment...
Raman looks at ishita and sign her to save him.. but ishita shrugged her shoulder... pihu says: ap pihu say mumma say khoob Sara pyaar karo gay aur mumma pay kabhi gussa nahe hogay... warna.. she shows her finger...
Raman chuckles and says: okay boss... Bohat Sara pyaar kahonga tumse aur Tumhari mumma say okay.. pihu nods...
Raman took both in hug... while Adi ruhi also come and hugs them and says: humain bhi bohat Sara pyaar...Raman nods...Family shares a beautiful hug...Raman comes close to ishita and whisper her: per muje tumse Bohat Sara pyaar chahiye... ishita smiles and replies: apko apse bhi zyada pyaar karoongi...
