Infact errors do occur in such certificates(thats how it is referred to,thats all it is).
I myself am aware of changes made in it by relatives due to errors.
This is quite common n the the dumbest proof.
The cvs are giving this certificate undue imp .
This is shags work n ofcourse the bhallas n ramam did not care as they were playing wide-ranginghubby,pihu's parents.
Remember,how some teacher knew that shags was not pihu's mom.
This fact is not secret within the family,but only for pihu.
The way I see it,raman was guilty of pushing ishu to suicide n did notwant pihu to ever know about this.
He could have easily married shags n completely covered his mistake.
But he hated her too much.
Sometimes I feel that raman did have doubts over pihu's mom being shags.(not an impossible event)
He was doing things to keep shags too silent about ishu's identity.
This is a familiar trait of raman to me.
As usual he is at a loss about how to come out of the mess he had created.
Answer ishu.
Raman was repeatedly doing mistakes to hide one.
His first was opting for surr against ishu's wishes.
Raman belongs to that category.

Just now caught up with the epi... And the first question that came to my mind is where is ishra's lawyer? 😕 Heck I was expecting till the last moment someone will stand up and defend but all I saw was Shagun's lawyer and infamous judge 😆 Cv's have lost their mind... Raman actually said everything about Shagun but still the judge didn't call ruhi or adi for testimony? Weird.. so the saviour Mani comes and the custody is granted for Shagun? Y? Coz her husband supports her? She herself accepted that she is a surrogate but still the judge ignored that... So basically the BC was invalid... Coz she was not married to Raman then how come she added her name? One dialogue of Raman cracked me up that he said to judge... Rest Shagun's crocodile tears and that drama was unbearable... Will she stop cleaning her teeth while mouthing dialogues? She thinks that was very stylish but that accent was really funny... And that curtains that she was wearing 😆 I bet the judge was all fida on her blouse and granted the custody to Shagun... Warna koi logic nazar nahi aaraha hai mereko... There the biological parents are shouting their lungs out but overlooking everything the custody was granted to surrogate and her new husband
About the infamous BC🥱 Raman was reacting as if woh kuch nahi hai, sirf BC... For godsake that's BIRTH CERTIFICATE NOT SOME RANDOM REPORT CARD THAT U'VE SIGNED 😡 THE WHOLE PURPOSE OF SURROGACY WENT INTO THE DRAINS.. The betrayal Raman started 7 years 7 months ago (remember Pihu is premie) got wrapped and sealed and labeled on a birth certificate and delivered to Asli Ma making Ishita Baanjh and not worthy of any happiness in her life..

I really want Shagun to love and take care of Pihu genuinely.. i want Raman to make a choice to stay with Shagun Pihu ke liye.. there is nothing wrong in it.. as he himself threw Ishita out of his life the day Pihu was born and Ruhi went missing and wiping out her memories entirely from their lives, and after she came back he burned down remaining physicall memories.. there is really nothing that holds him to Ishita as he is allowing her to stay in his house not out of love but afraid to live alone and he didn't marry Shagun not out of his love for Ishita but his hatred towards Shagun..

Request to makers.. whatever nayi soch you guys have this is what delivered to the viewers..

A fertile womb is worth despite that woman being cheater, an adulteress, child abuser and a criminal..

An educated and good hearted woman should be hounded and condemned to death if she has infertility issues..

What a payback by bhalla family to ishita for her numerous sacrifices👏...yes they might love her but they have wronged her in a big way this time...did they forgot how ishita lost her only chance to feel the motherhood in saving their family including their GKC?

The court gave verdict on the basis of a BC and surrogate mother's new husband's of few months statement about how good a mother she is,is surely very hilarious and it will remain a landmark custody case in many years to come just like the surrogacy shown in YHM which will be diifficult for anyone to surpass.

When a judge didn't believed raman's claims how will the people from the society will beleive him especially after being lied for 7 years...how will he prove to them that pihu is ishita's daughter and she is not a baanjh...no one will believe his claim in real scenarios.

No matter how disgusting it sounds but at the moment to everyone as well as in official records pihu is shagun and raman's daughter...Lets see how they change it.
