Same, don't even mention working out to me. I have been working for the last 5 days and am so behind on my workout schedule. Even today I feel so tired that I won't go anywhere but my bed or couch to lay down 🥱 And YHM is just piling on and on. I would have caught up last night, but started watching a show on Netflix, and me being me decided to finish it off this morning only for it to have a disappointing ending.

I've made a rule for myself - only time I can watch YHM or even Netflix is gym time 😆

Thank god for Labor Day but I still have to work this weekend at least once I think *eyeroll*

I just finished Quantico this morning. It was a decent ending, but from what the show started off as, it was meh! 🥱 And gymming while binge watching is a good idea until you're like me and you have your 2 friends tagging along in the gym and who won't get YHM! 😆
