Yep that's true and different periods of leave are also dependent on different jobs. From what I have heard, they are considering or have already changed a few things around like my parents were talking about how they might have the parent being able to divide a few months amongst each other. Like if the mom goes back to work a month earlier, the father might get another month of leave. I'm not sure if they have considered that or not, but it was in the talks.

I've heard too! We have a lot of family friends who were transferred here from Canada and they were telling us.

Good job though to your country for caring about its family unit ⭐️
