Here unfortunately she was not a baby sitter but given a status of "Mother" by biological father himself.

Pihu identifies her as her Mother not baby sitter. Hence d case.

Not necessary, I know a real case from Rajasthan wherein the couple (father) did not want the child coz she was a girl.
So the real father's Cousin brother said if he can keep her instead f throwing her away or killing her as this other couple did not have any children. The girl raised well in her new family.

Suddenly after 8 odd years the biological parents wanted her back so they went for a long custody case n the court ruled in favor f the parents who raised her instead f her biological parents.

Pata nahi, from what little I know f custody cases, usually Courts decide it on basis f child's well being.

I agree that Raman was also there in the picture, but he himself got into a farce n lied to Pihu about her mother's identity, now the child identifies with Shagun as her mother. So sometimes it depends on what basis the judge's rule if they feel that biological parents r not capable f raising their child. 😕

shagun very confident that her custdoy case is strong I don't know how , but she acting like she win pihu custody already before she actually apply it in court , most important question why she wasting time
