Toshiji loves both Ruhi and Ishita as she sees how much Ishraru love and care for each other and how amazing their bond is!!!!

Bala and Vandu come and see the same and all of them see that they were made for each other!!!!

Raman and ishita goes to hospital with ruhi... There ruhi got admit... Raman was very reluctant but ishita tries to make him understand.. ruhi laying on hospital bed ishita feeding her food... Raman couldn't control his emotion and leaves the room...
Ishita: rooh finish it... Mein abhi aati hoon...
Ishita goes behind Raman and sees Raman crying sitting at bench... Ishita holds Raman shoulder... Raman hugs ishita tightly and says: I can't see ruhi like this... She is very small and this operation...
Ishita: please Raman... Be strong... Agar ap aisa karogay to mein kaise khud ko kaise sambhaloongi...
Raman: ishita...
Ishita: I know Raman... You can't see her like this... I am also mother of ruhi... Don't make it difficult for me... I am acting to be strong but it doesn't mean that I can bear this pain... Raman... You have to be strong... Abhi sirf ruhi admit hui hai tomorrow is her operation...

Before operation... Raman and ishita sitting with ruhi holding her hands...

Ruhi: our ap dono roo kiyon that ho...
Ishita: mummy Papa loves their rooh so much Na...
Ruhi: I will get fine...Pakka...
Ishita and Raman smiles at ruhi and hugs her closer...
Doctor comes and ask them that ruhi need to take to operation theatre..
Raman and ishita worriedly sitting outside the OT... It was long time... Both were very tense for their little daughter...
After some time...
Doctor comes Raman and ishita rushes to him.. doctor smiles and says: operation is successful... Ruhi will get conscious soon...
Raman and ishita hugs each other happily thinking that their rooh is fine now...
Raman: can we see her...
Doctor: no... She is kept in under observation...
Ishita: just once.. door say...
Doctor: rules are rules... When she will get conscious you can meet her.. and probably after 20 days she will be discharge...
Raman: thanks doctor...
Doctor: it was my duty...
Time passes... Raman and ishita taking care of ruhi while ruhi having speedy recovery... Mrs bhalla, mihir and mihika with their little baby boy akash visit Delhi to meet ruhi.. ruhi gets happy to see her dad, chachu chachu and baby brother akash...
Toshi jee: rooh putter.. you want to live with dadi Na...
Ruhi: haan dadi...
Toshi jee: see your papa is not listening to me. He wants to live here...
Ruhi: don't worry dadi.. rooh will ask papa...
Toshi jee smiles...
Raman comes with fruits and sees ruhi sitting on bed with cross arms while having a sad pout...
Raman: baby... Why sad sad face... See dadi chachu chachi.. all are here...
Ruhi: they all will go and ruhi will be alone...
Raman: rooh...
Ruhi: papa dadi Kay ghar rehna hai...
Raman: guriyaa you have school here.. mummy have job Na..
Ruhi: school to wahan bhi hoga...
Ishita: Raman please Na.. let's shift to Mumbai... You have only stayed here for me and ruhi Na.. we both want to live with all...
Raman smiles and says: as you wish ... We will shift okay... Now happy...
Ruhi smiles widely and says: I love you papa.. my world best papa... Delhi dadi papa meri had baat manty hain ..
Toshi jee: haan you uski jaan Jo hai...
Raman: okay now rest...
Mihir: yes rooh rest then chachu and meri chuhiya will have lots of fun..
Ruhi: rooh not chuhiya...chachu mein apko chuhiya lagti hoon... Papa Delhi
Raman: mihir.. don't tease my ruhi...
Ruhi shows tongue to mihir while all laughs at ruhi antics.. ishita glares at ruhi and says: bad manner ruhi.. don't show tongue to chachu... Say sorry...
Mihir: bachi hai Bhabhi...
Raman: yea she is kid but she need to have good manners.. come on my princess say sorry and don't do this again to elders..
Ruhi holds her ears and says: sorry...
Raman: good girl.. Raman kisses ruhi and says: meta baby is very good girl... Papa loves you so much...
Ruhi: how much...
Raman: sab say zyada...
Ruhi: sab say???
Raman: dadi say, chachu say, sab say...
Ruhi: aur mumma..
Raman pinches her nose and says: mumma say bhi... Ruhi says: yay... And hugs Raman..
Ishita sees raman with angry pout.. Raman mouths sorry and hold his ears with his free hand.. ishita melts and smiles .. all family was looking at the lovely small family with awe... Toshi jee prays to keep them away from all sorrow
