PART 4
Ishraru are sleeping peacefully, due to sudden halt Ruman wakes up. Raman goes to check on Ishra and sees Ru who is trying to wake her mamma, immediately Raman takes her in his arm, seeing him Ruhi starts to squeal and happily claps with her tiny hands as she thinks that she has got a partner now who will play with her now.
Raman in half sleep tries to pat Ruhi, seeing this she push his cheeks which makes him to wake up fully. He smiles seeing her naughty antics and speaks with her so my chotu wants to play with me instead of sleeping han, by saying this he snuggles his face on her stomach giving her ticklish feeling and she claps happily agreeing to him.
Then both settle down and play with each other for sometime and sleep unknowingly. Ishita wakes up first, she tries to hold Ruhi still closing her eyes, but she doesnot find her which makes her to panic and immediately wakes up calling Raman's name without seeing towards him, when she turns her voice faded away and her eyes got moisten due to the scene infront of her. How she wished to see this scene every morning and night that Ruhi sleeping over Manish, alas it is Raman who is making her to sleep over him. Slowly got down from the berth after wiping her tears goes towards him and tries to take Ruhi from him. Due to the movement he wakes and sees Ishita with droopy eyes, he wishes her and asks what happend? She signals towards Ru, then he realises and gives her to Ishita. He says sorry and said how he took Ru so that she cannot disturb her sleep. Ishita just passed a fake smile and said its okay to him and settled on her seat with Ruhi o on her lap. Raman felt her behaviour wired and thought of asking her same if she is okay r not before that he got call from his mother. He picked the call and said that he would reach by tomo morning and hung the call. He turned to speak with Ishita and saw her sleeping in siting position thought not to disturb now and went to freshen up and bring some tea r coffee as some station is nearing.
When Raman came with tea for him and coffee for her and saw her still sleeping but he saw dried tears on her eyes which was not before when he left, seeing this he started to worry for her and slowly he tried to wake up by calling her name, seeing her not waking, he shaked her so that she would wake up, and she woke up in jiffy which made Ruhi to wake and started to cry. Raman said sorry and was about to take her in his arms, but Ishita refused stating she will handel her, for a second Raman felt bad and took his hands away and said ofcourse by plastering a smile on his face.
He just went and sat on his place, seeing Ishita trying to calm Ru, since she was woken from her deep sleep she is not at all ready to stop her crying, which irritates Ishita and was saying her to calm in little bit louder and this makes our Ru to cry more and more and due to continuous crying she started to have hiccups which makes Raman so worried and scared written all over his face, not able to take more he goes and forcefully takes Ru from Ishita and pats her calm down, feeling her hiccups are reducing he gives water which is in her feeding bottel and she becomes silent and hugs him tight and again drifts to sleep.
She gets more irritate and shouts on Raman, how dare he take Ruhi from her, she asks who is he, u r nothing to her, u r just a stranger thats it, before she could speak further rather shout further he made Ruhi sleep beside her, while covering her with duvet as its so chill a tear drop fell on Ishita's hand as she held Ruhi, and saw him whose eyes are filled with pool of tears which are just waiting for him to blink his eyes so that they can flow endlessly.
He moved outside to get peace of mind. Seeing his retreating figure Ishita felt bad and cried saying Iam sorry Raman, I can't make Ruhi to stick always like that to you, she has started to depend on u within few hours of our journey. At the end of this journey anyways we have to part ways as u r not my family nor we r ur family. She started to feel fatherly warmth in u, thats y whenever u hold her she stops her crying because afterall she is craving for fatherly love, and thats why yesterday night also started to cry as she didn't see u for long and feared of losing u instead ur love towards her, which she has gotten after long. I don't want her weave dreams which is not at all going to happen and I don't want her to breakdown later and crave for ur love Raman, iam so so so sorry to hurt to u this way but I don't have any other choice, she was keep on saying this closing her eyes, meanwhile Raman came to take his mobile so that he can speak Mihir and feel relax and was stunned to listen her sayings and left from there to give space for both of them.
After sometime Ishita composes herself and waits for Raman so that she can freshen up, since Ruhi was sleeping. When Raman entered he saw Ishita was arranging something like barrier to prevent Ruhi from falling, seeing this Raman said ill take care of Ruhi u go and freshen up Ishita, we need to talk. Ishita though felt happy that he hasn't hurt that much after all her shouting and still is ready to take care of Ruhi, still she kept stern face and turned towards him said no need of that Mr. Raman, ill manage and went from there.
After good fifteen minutes she came and saw that Ruhi is playing with him, her lips curve a smile, immediately she remembers that she has to keep them away from each other. She sternly says Raman how dare u touch her again, before she could complete her rambling he hold her hand and makes her to sit beside him.
She just keeps on looking what is he made up of, she can't control asking this question to him, he smiles got her question and says Ishita please please listen to my words first, understand and react later its request pretty please, she nods her head. He starts with listen Ishita as I have told u already that many don't have a option after losing there life and soulmates, but u have the Ruhi with u, she is like a dew drop which always falls over plants and got admired by many people, iam one of them who admire her whole heartedly, but you are going to be the one who is going to carry her till she is alive. I too want to become the to carry her till iam alive. Though I can't become a father for her but I can love and give her the happiness how a father gives to there daughter.
Listen u r also going to stay in Delhi and am also, so why don't u come and stay in my home, actually a house which is opposite to our home is vacant y don't u shift there, this is new city and place for u both, u both need good environment which u will get there from my parents and siblings, they will pour ample of love on u both, am saying this because I don't want to lose her, Ruhi, at first sight itself I found some strong bond, I dont want, he choked on his words due to crying, Ishita is totally in pool of tears which is not at all ready to stop flowing from her eyes. He composed and finally said looking into her eyes being a friend I want to be beside u and being a man I want to love Ruhi like a father who is ready to do anything and even to die.
Ishita just keep on crying not to know what to say, she says listen Raman I dont want to break either of ur hearts, just for once think that iam okay with this and what if ur family don't like this all, please stop this here itself Raman, I can't see her grumpy, gloomy and cranky after this please try and understand.
Raman says u r okay with this right just worrying about my family, oh they r so chilled out person Ishita, if they see u both once they would shower more love more than showering on me. I have said my bbai to book that flat opposite to us, the work should have been done by now, u just say okay for now ill do rest of the things, please yar kitna bhav khatiyo yar, manjana madrasen manja meri maa, he was pleading folding his hand over his head, seeing ths Ruhi also does the same and squeals attention of both. Raman becomes happy as he says dekho madrasen tumari beti bhi mangai hai aur tumhe manarahi hai. Mana mat karo na please.. Ishita's all negative thoughts are gone and she nods her head making Ruman both happy, he happily takes Ru and kisses all over her face and says heyyyg heyyy heyyy abh meru chottu mere saath rahegi haina Ru and she giggles and nods her head seeing him doing like that.
He turn towards Ishita and wipes her tears and says thank u so much for not separating ur Ruhi from me, she interrupts and says OUR, OUR Ruhi Raman. Both smiles seeing Ruhi who is happily plaging in air and enjoying alot by getting attention from both.
