In the upcoming episodes of Yeh Hai Mohabbatein, Ruhi agrees to go with Nidhi and this causes everyone to breakdown. Raman strangles Ishita's neck and tells her that everything happened because of her. He tells that both Ishita and Ruhi will go away from him and he will once again become alone. Raman throws everything in the room in anger and finally breaksdown. He holds Ishita and cries. Raman cries in Ishita's lap and Ishita also cries holding Raman. Shagun watches them. Ruhi puts forward a condition that she will stay in the house if Raman and Ishita marry again. Though Raman agrees, Ishita tells him to think about Shagun. Shagun comes there and tells them that they are made for each other and they must marry and that she will convince Pihu. Shagun also mentions that she will take Pihu with her. Has Shagun really changed or Will she join hands with Ashok-Nidhi?

As reported earlier, Ishita will be admitted in the hospital after saving Ruhi from the goons. So Lets wait and see whether Shagun is also a part of Ruhi's kidnap plan.
