raman's reluctance to apologise doesn't make sense to me on its own. and it got me thinking, raising my expectations too high. let me explain. the fact the cvs say this is an important part of the story got my brain to think certain things. again, I'm probably wrong, this is just making me feel better.

so disclaimer: im 98.9% just being an idiotic hopeful fool BUT part of me doesn't understand remans reluctance unless i rationalise it in the following way:

Romi messed up big time. if he hadn't made that blunder that night, both raman and ishita's daughters would be safe and sound. ishita would be with him. his dream of seeing ishita playing with their child would have come true.

ishita would never had left, because ruhi would still be alive.

so perhaps they are playing this comedy to delay Raman coming to actually say these things?
yes, raman loves his brother. but at the same time, with raman still being in denial about his part in pushing ishita away, romi is someone he majorly blames for the fact ishita left, and rudi too?

writing this made me feel better. i think cvs are playing their cards like this so that the disruption in july can be passed to then move things along.
in any case writing this made me feel better, because the cvs brand of comedy is beyond me. even if this is not depicted on the show, this is how i choose to rationalise it. but when raman does finally have his breakdown, if he does, ill rationalise this into it😆

If only wishes were horses zoya..but cvs have a poor track record of abruptly ending stuff with inane comedy. .
I do hope you are right though..it might make the overall scene meaningful..

Fingers crossed😛

And I'm surprised ishita hasn't called mihika out for not stopping him.

i think cvs made her dumb regarding these things. like she doesn't know. cvs again making their characters stupid to accommodate the idiocy of the storyline😆

But when she and romi were looking for nidhi she clearly said to romi that ashok is your friend so why didn't you ask him. So clearly she knows that ashok and romi have joined hands but is not saying anything about it, which makes her look hypocritical and two faced if she doesnt make romi apologise as well

it might just come later, this whole reasoning. raman is bound to breakdown. do what i do, and just rationalise it in now, or then. 😆
i provided like 2 or 3 warnings about this probably not happening so read at your own risk😆

She knows zoya..she has seen then both..plus she knows how close romi was to ashokm when he went to get nidhi to book...but not one word to romi or mihika from ishita yet..
The same ishita who by principle cannot tolerate any 'wrong'..in this case she is conveniently made to overlook it? ..I don't buy the dumb part here..it's pure skewed writing. .
Since romi helped find ruhi..we are supposed to question his acchaI..or his past crimes..😕

But it's kind of sad you know that in a progressive world our tv content is only getting regressive. Although these stories claim to show woman empowerment they never show a woman doing just fine without a husband and without child...Her identity has to be related to them.

Then again, where we strive for equality...they again bring in an extreme imbalance in showing justified emotions for both the leads. In a normal, decent and progressive world men and women both are equally necessary for a household to work well. BUT ALAS

@red - Exactly Anku. But then the meaning of progressiveness and equality is understood and interpreted in a rather amateur manner almost in all the shows, specifically EK and her shows. I have seen many TRP aunties including my mother who puts forth the same questions as we do. So I really wonder who these shows are targeted for when the reality is something else.

Agreed it is fiction, but it has to reflect the reality of life, for the audience to actually relate to and love it. Sadly, this show started on such a note, but lost its path in between and fell prey in the clutches of TRP, viewership and other stuffs. Really sad...

thats just sad then. but we've gotten used to the cvs compromising the characters' integrity.

seriously, they are really chain smoking something very exclusive to their own team😆

Hmmm, That is my answer to you right now Zoya. I so wish it happens. But I strongly doubt if Raman would ever get a chance to open up, breakdown and express his POV. Because every major track has only disappointed us so far with no proper closure and justifications. But given the fact that IshRa cannot get back together without a decent confrontation and patch up, I will wait. But no hopes on CV's. Fingers crossed.

Cheers
