Lovely post...when you've fully given up, is there anything worth truly fighting for? In my experience, no matter how much you try...it's hard to get motivated enough and it's also easier to just ignore many things than face them.

Ishita has fully given up since Ruhi rejected them o believe. There has been a change in her demeanor and everything since that public breakdown. Now the question rises, who will make her rise?

I don't say what but who bc when you are this broken...this destroyed...you can't fight everything. She should try as hard as possible right now to fight for Ruhi as she is...but somewhere deep down, I still hope it's Raman who helps her realize how loved she is & not just for what she does but for who she is.

Ishita isn't being jagat mata with her kids...with Shagun during the dance thing yday, a little but Ishita will also never fight right now especially for Raman bc of where her headspace is. Her logicless previous attempt to patch up Iyers & Bhallas channeled that old vibe but nothing came out of it...hence another "self percieved failure" when the reality is that is a hard goal bc everyone is caught up in themselves only right now. Now this Raman - Romi sorry has me upset but we also don't know whose "genius" idea it is...

In my mind Ishita needs Raman more than anyone else and same for Raman - he needs Ishita. Now if they would focus on these 2 and their insecurities, along with the kids, it would be lovely. Shagun's parallel rise as evil/fall from grace is well established at this point so I don't see the point in more of the same for her...

---

Ishita giving all up
Raman doing well what Raman does
Ruhi trying so hard to fight the love that's there
Adi just patching what he can

And finally Pihu...Pihu is clueless but doing the most. Is it "in her blood" or bc of her upbringing? I'm not sure

Wonderful post as always Zoya.😊. Loved your point of view. Very balanced one.
You are right. As per my perception, her guilt over these years and fear of separation from her child yet again is what that prevents her from getting too close to Pihu. She herself does not have an answer on why as a mother she failed to think about the new born kid before attempting suicide, what prevented her from trying to figure about the whereabouts of her child and husband. She knows the answer, but it is just that the answer is too harsh to accept. Raman's abuses and her attempt to end her life are equal blunders that happened that night in a fit of range and neither can justify or reason about their actions. IshRa have to talk out, apologise, learn from their blunders and move on. That is the only option left rather than pointing fingers. Only then they can concentrate on and solve the problems around them before moving on with the life.

Also since she is grateful to Shagun for having done so much for Pihu and the family, it looks that she wants Shagun to get her due. While the fact remains that she is doing this because she would not be able to answer when Pihu or for that matter even Shagun questions about her whereabouts for these 7 years. She can choose to ignore everyone on this, but definitely not Pihu. She fears facing Pihu and her questions, when the kids get to know the reality. She is covering it in the name of these selfless acts. My heart went out to her during the conversation she had with Mani when she said that she has so much love to give to her daughters, but she is unable to.😭. This woman has only love, care and affection to offer to others, yet most of the times she gets only pain in return. Infact this equally applies to Raman as well, though his ways of expressing it is different.
This is where I love IshRa equally.

Hmmm. Hope CV's address this track with utmost care and sensitivity rather than making it illogical.

Cheers
Priya

I hope its Raman too that brings her strength. I think before, just being raman's wife meant she drew a lot of strength from him. But now, their eyes search for one another, but their relationship has no name anymore
Also if u think about it, ishita needs to keep shagun happy, or not threatened at least or ishita will really be restricted from pihu. That and ishita is just a good person played into that yesterday.

@Krishy - Lovely especially the line , " in her blood or nurturing". Such a paradox there.
I want Ishita to be selfish for once whatever it is, Ruhi, Pihu, Raman whatever atleast to the point she actually drops what she wants. There is no way she can walk away, I hope she knows it too..coz if Ruhi is cured ..she would want her Ishima, there is Adi and probably there is Pihu too.
Chuck everything, everytime she would see Pihu shouldn't it pierce her own soul about the child that she longed for and perhaps the one she left alone. especially more now when she sees that Shagun seems to have done a decent job. How much of her own shadow she see in that bond? If not with Raman, give a scene with her own mom about leaving her kids and her repentance and regret and relate it with Amma too. Make her "want" something for herself..Ruhi, Pihu, kids, Raman.
I have no clue where she stands.it's a motion..this is a good bit the school visit..if they can make her break a bit..be selfish for her child once, even if she backtracks later for Shagun. She needs to do that before and soon now..because that last moment angst won't do . Would be such a disservice.

Nice post zoya
I do agree with you .
I know She is guilty .she can't Claim her right upon her daughter ,her husband n family bcoz of her mistakes .both ishra are suffering bcoz of their mistakes .
I know ishita commit mistake but Everyone can commit mistake ,that does not mean that they Wouldn't try to Clear the mess n understanding .I can understand her and Her situation but she should speak once ,she should try to Clear this misunderstanding .I really don't like that ishita forced Raman in yesterday episode to dance with Raman and now to apologize with romi .But from this we come to know that Raman aaj bhi ishita ki baat manta hai
And Ishita should also realize that Raman is sharing his pain with her .She should also
Try to speak to him .The need of time is that both ishra should understand each other and talk with each other .Anyone can commit mistake but that doesn't mean that any person should remain in guilt whole life .Khamosh raheny se behtar hota k baat kar li Jaye .
P.s. I don't know ,what did I write and whether it make sense or not .I can completely understand her but as an ishra fan I never like this jagat Mata ishita .

Beautiful response Priya, just beautiful.
Its like everyone just thinks Ishita is meant to give love. and actually the only one who ever truly tried to make her feel as loved as she should was Raman.
and yet again ishita is speaking of giving love to her daughters. and she can't. its heartbreaking.
i really don't know how a little child is going to react to the truth of her existence. and then imagine how the mother, who loves her, but couldn't overcome grief enough to love her then feels. Ishita, the mother who had no child, then cant bring herself to care for her child. i mean, the guilt must be eating her up. saying the truth aloud to pihu means that ishita failed to do the very thing she yearned to for her whole adult life.

we did see her be selfish. she claimed pihu at the hospital. and then for pihu, she relinquished that claim. this is the thing. all ishita wanted in life was to be a mother, but the very thing she wants to be means she has to make sacrifices in her life upon every turn.

amazing zoya👏👏 i am amazed how u are able to voice out my thoughts so well sometimes though i myself am not able to explain it.😆😆..reading all this abt ishu being mahaan or jm got me disheartened and sad yaar😭😭 as i feel ishu is not like shagun🤢..she cannot spoil her own daughter's innocence wid her own 😡 hands by claiming haq on her and snatching her away from her family..she has seen how worried pihu was in hospital so she is right.😭😭...after all she is a human too and she is trying to let things as they are and not disturb them due to herself. 😭

Honestly that's what about all this from Ishita and Raman confuses me...both have acknowledged they don't have a future but are playing house for Ruhi.

What about Ruhi when she comes back fully? Are they under the impression she will accept Shagun, a woman she doesn't care about from a young age? Or will she go back to Ruhi at the start of the show who had some love from her dad but most from her grandparents?

The plan is silly but this will allow Ruhi to restore Ishita's confidence in her motherhood by making her stay and be a testament to Ishita's love.

Pihu I can get her hesitation to stay away yet be close as of now...bc I, like Raman & Ishita, would feel ashamed of what I put my children through due to cracks in my relationship. But it looks like Ishita is trying to collect memories with Pihu before this 30 days is up

In the show, my favorite times with Ishita is when she is possessive over her kids & family and I hope we'll get to see her again too.

@Zoya- Those flashes are like the flashes of Raman,, bits and pieces. If they were there for real and they agreed to work , they would have had Ishita deciding to stay irrespective she be part of Raman clan or not.
What I want is a complete breakdown where she accepts what she did and what she wants now. I personally believe her being mother got fulfilled when Ruhi called her Ishima. Rest has been , happy coincidences for her or somethings she just embraced.

But now to see Pihu in flesh and blood changes things. I would rather have a openly wanting grey Ishita than one who resigns to it. Never going to happen but I so wish.

At hospital, as much as I loathe Raman's crassness, he had a point, Shagun was and currently still is , Pihu's mom. that moment either should have spurred Ishita more but it didn't..so I hope the school visit does.
