What message are CV's trying to give - that a lady needs to be a sacrificial lamb then only she will be accepted in the society ?

Ishita is nice and loved by everybody because she used to take everybody's and Raman's load of bull and now same applies for Shagun, she is good only till the time - she takes care of everything without a word and condition. The moment they open their mouths , they are bad and people leaves them. What rubbish is this ? Can a woman have no right to express her thoughts and ask for rights even when they are correct ? What kind of Nayi Soch is this ? What kind of lesson are the CV's trying to give out ?
