After that call in his inebriated state , we saw nothing... They are trying to start from scratch but even at that point of time, Raman knew what Ishita Iyer's sensitive nerve was. He made sure that he doesn't end up touching it.

Once, the word 'Baanjh' which was hesistantly used by a antagonist is now frequently worded by male lead. What a pity...Really...

Raman is a biased parent. He always choss adi over ruhi and now pihu over adi. He is the worst father any child can have. He loves only himself and noone else.

You know this is exactly what makes it all tjhe more painful..because we as viewers feel al these emotions of Raman's ..and we know that his pain is as great as ishita's. .and esp you are bang on about Pihu. ..would it have hurt to show raman telling himself he can't lose Pihu because she is the last remenant of his once true love. .
Can we not have a single mind talk .. in a closed room for chrissake...wer he chides himself for losing to mani all over again.. and asking ishita if it was that easy to move on... so why is he still stuck (which is a fact nobody is addressing. .not one soul asking why he didn't marry shagun all these years and move on..why did he say love was not for him anymore😕)

But by not giving him a voice or a pov... and worse still painting a very crude picture of him..as a slapping venom spewing jerk..they have totally messed up the viewpoint of what could have been a beautiful track..

Insecurity, anger, betrayal, love , pain, ..there is so much to show. .yet they give us less than 5 min of raman every day now and most of it is just pointing fingers at ishita and saying the same crass lines...

And yes while this is not a ishita vs raman argument. .it's a fact cvs have spenttb a lot of time building ishita's pov. . About adi.. about amma appa.. about toshi. . About bala.. about mani..she has had scenes with each one of them explaining her viewpoint. .I am not saying right or wrong. ...heck we even had shagun's mind talk😆..but simply nothing on raman🥱

And thats where it all boils down to...
Where once we felt tjhe pain and the seperation of both leads ..now we see the love and sacrifice of one.. and only tjhe crude mindless anger of tjhe other..what's the harm in showing raman angry but also a 'why he is angry' ...no..cvs purely want to play beauty and beast ..period...

And for once i want to be proved wrong..badly...since it's been a while since I was this invested in this show post the bhooth crap😛

Yep

Never would I have predicted this was his character sketch

And honestly what does this accomplish?

Only TRPs from an audience that thrives on watching FLs go from victim to victor

Anyone watching a love story of a couple are left hanging

Frankly, i have always loved Raman and i am still in love with the character. So, i won't call him villain but yes, cv's are disappointing us with the dialogues.

Its more irritating because cv's can never justify any of their actions...Their amnesia is worrying me more.

I don't have answers for your claim since i am on a different tangent. Raman loves his kids equally. Pihu is more special to him because she is the only reminiscent of his life with Ishita, his love of his life.

I too love his character and I can never think him as a villian but cv's are hell bent to proove him as one and they have succeeded to a certain extent as some people want him to get arrested be in Zail and shld be punished I hate dat i really wish atleast his self talk for atleast a min or two to show y he is behaving this way will be shown cv's ke saath koon maaf if they give us his POV

Raman was always there for his kids. .for adi when he was wrong. .for adi even today..he left everything to be with him and stand by him when he was in jail and didn't let any harm come to him..
Ditto with pihu. .here he shows his affection more since it's ishita he sees in her and he feels she missed out on a mother ..so he tries to compensate. .
And he has always loved ruhi...again underdeveloped. But i do not want to quote scenes. .but raman has always loved all his kids equally.
