Where Ruhi gets bitten by a dog and needed blood transfusion. This can be similar only now.. Pihu will say mumma.. Both will say they are.. And pihu will specifically call shagun. This if AH is still shooting or this scene is already shot.
Anyways Raman thinking that ishita is shagun .. im not liking that... But that's me. These 2 are poles apart.
i don't think he's trying to get her react, contrary to general belief.

No offence but this scene looks more like the other hospital scene when adi deliberately took wrong medicine to make bhalla's throw ishita out from the bhalla house...here although throwing ishita out of the house is out of contention but chances are raman will hurt and insult ishita further for pihu's condition and here he will use womb for this purpose.
