And no..ishita is equally to blame in not standing up to raman .. and thats also why adi was forced to take a stand in this case was absolutely wrong. .there are a million ways to take a stand..

Should ruhi be sending both raman and ishita to jail then for the trauma they have put her though. .will we as a audience not expect that ruhi thinks of how much they have loved her in tune past when the time comes. ..

Well in case you did not know, Ruhi also complained against Ishita. But amma begged her to take her complaint back. So ishita was also on the way to jail. Ruhi will never put raman in jail, no matter what. She hates ishita and not papa as much.
