Did anyone notice raman expressions after seeing mani

I don't understand this raman he miss ishita alot ones she come front him everything turn up & down love suddenly turn to hate which will go for months, I understand his anger but hate it's beyond my head

Ohhh God!!! CV's are making raman's character so confusing . In one episode he shows his love towards ishita . In other episode he scolds adi for using ishita's name . 7 years ago he had questioned on ishita's motherhood . Now he don't allow the lady (ishita) to use a single word on adi's mother.
