No matter how much one hates Shagun , she is one the characters on which the story was based , especially in the novel , she was not shown in that much negative light . The writer made EK promise not to show SHAGUN ( not Anita as she was not aware who Anita is ) in bad light , all of YHMians and Ishra fans hates her , would hate her character to the core but one can not deny that she was part of the initial story , just like Ashok , Bhallas , Iyers ... She is not some side character who was initially introduced in a track and then never left ... I never spoke about Anita or her nepotism , I don't even follow her on Insta , I don't even like her acting skills , for me she is over rated but I can not stop myself saying this that one can not compare her character of Shagun to a ACP character with out whom the story was going fine for good 16/17 months or more . Please I am not bashing the FL or stating anything , so please , do counter argument with some respect and dignity .

Yeah.. I agree that Shagun was an important character for 1st year, after that her character involvement was forced in most of the cases. In fact, shagun's marriage, happy times with Raman were shown taking more time even than IshRa marriage. We dint get IshRa honeymoon, but we got Shagun's 1 week marriage celebration. We got her in everything of Ishita even when there was no need. She became like a side character for past 1.5 years, but is given that much scenes like the main leads.

About ACP.. yes, he is totally a side character. But, what I saw is there is no tracks designed around him and for him. If DT expressed her desire to work with him in the show, Ekta may stop her if she doesn't like it. If it's her nepotism, ACP would have become a character like shagun around whom most of the tracks are revolving.

Having said all these, though I don't believe in DT nepotism, cos I know some more thing behind of these, but if it is, then Ekta must prevent it for the sake of her show.

My view I am ardent fan of yhm before any actors. Without knowing abt any offscteen bond if u see , for me I hate acp as much as I hate Mani ... Anyone between ishra I hate them ... But post leap every character s being brought back and one of the side character s acp , his character can be compared with all side characters like romi , simmi , mihir , mihika , bala , vandu , satika , nidhi . it's one of them , cones once in few weeks and always has been so . just because we know real life equations ppl exaggerate ... Every side character gets track in yhm and we as yhm viewers hate them because they come in between ishra. Shagun s diff story she can be compared only with ruhi in show . an important character . the prob s shagun instead of being impotant supporting cast wen character tries to replace the female lead tats where the bashing and nepotism talks come . so it's stupid to compare both. As far as this scene can all these idiots mani acp mihika aliya leave and let ishra have a good face of .
