Logically it might not be Raman rushing her to the hospital. He is sitting a few rows behind her.. Once she gets shot.. The passengers will be frantic... And she will be surrounded by other fellow passengers and taken to the hospital. It will be a hit and miss. Either the news sehmebts will reveal the identity or mihika will accidentally come to the hospital s d will recognize her and inform the iyers.
Fir mani to come to India... News segments flash her pic.. Someone will inform bhallas or accidentally see the segments.. My pov

How Mihika came into picture. I mean even if IshRa didn't saw each other after plane incident , how Mihika reached hospital. I didn't watched the show from long, but I saw the promo and as far as I remember the flight was going to Mumbai; and I also remember the show is Delhi based. So how Mihika in Mumbai hospital. If it was Delhi then their meeting could have been co-incidence; how Mumbai. Or have the script writers forgot where their plane was going or the plane landed to Delhi due to emergency.

The plane was Mumbai bound .. The hijacker wants to re route it to Delhi, based on segments. So mihika
In hospital could be a mere coincidence.
Or the plNe landed in Mumbai and may be mihika in Mumbai for some purpose .. In hospital coincidentally..,

Mihika knows - at least Ishita now has some connection to her family. As for what Mihika will do...god knows.

As for Raman - he'll be last to know, angriest, and continue to have the most to regret as part of his punishment for pushing Ishita to the point of suicide. Ishita may not stand up for herself but situations will punish both IshRa & especially Raman from what I see as of now...

As for IshRa lovers - just keep hanging on or dreaming for IshRa centered stuff bc everything just feels grim 😔
