I don't think Raman is going to do anything for the surrogate baby he clearly said to ishita you got your child so you sacrificed ruhi n he had not recovered from ruhi's death he got to know of ishita's death the same day. I don't think he would show any affection towards the surrogate baby n from the promo it looked like he is staying somewhere else as bhalla's were in the same house but this wasn't the house shown in the promo

she didnt sacrifice manoj..prettu sure she didnt want to marry him..pretty obvious during court marriage, just when she about to sign, she got labour pain .. she got what she wanted..a thikaana to stay, a family, maybe what manoj wouldnt have been able to give.
