I think they will get back due to that magical baby and when raman will get to know ruhi is alive he will realise his mistake of accusing ishita for her death. Its my guess. Now lets see what actually happens.

the point of surrogacy was to simply keep shagun between ishra. so much protest and it did nothing because cvs had their goal which they accomplished. they ruined the unique relationship for this.

But if she assumed dead then why will raman still hates her?😕 He will realise he is the reason of her death and he will feel guilty and going to miss her instaed of this anger. And regarding sharam marriage Cvs will definitely going to come with some old clich reasons as usual.
