Actually this court room drama seems to be that script is written to give Ishita a death penalty. Even Ishita lawyer has no interest in proving Ishita innocent.

If I try to think cvs way I think it is possible that this might be plan of Raman and nidhi to prove Ishita innocent. They may have requested the judge to help them because it is difficult to prove that ishita is innocent and that is why acp is helping them. Acp can't help out of the way, it may be the plan of police. Raman knows about it.

We know cvs way to solve by twists.

Viji, I don't know but it is also possible that xena might kill the surrogate baby or plan miscarriage thinking that ishita is no more.

You recall kp said that many people real intentions wil get disclosed. One is romy for sure and other would be apshagun. You remember that xena said in Sri Lanka recently that apshagun will turn negative in next 15-20 episodes

if this track is for stop surrogacy means
