Scenes like this happen when the writers forget about the characters during a track in a phase like this. There was not even one scene involving mihir/mihika/vandu/bala shown related with this.

Idk CVs lack of pre-planning, but she's really been the only one in this track who didn't want to take decisions that led to Ishita being hurt physically or mentally from babaji to being kicked out.

It's likely also for the same reason Simmi is MIA despite knowing everything. Maybe the actors were off at different times?

It's not Mihika's fault
