It has been seen several times that TV shows take inspiration from films and try to recreate some popular scenes on the small screen.

Very soon, the much loved show Yeh Hai Mohabbatein will also take inspiration from Rekha's 1988 film Khoon Bhari Maang as the lead character Ishita (Divyanka Tripathi) will get attacked by a crocodile

The sequence will show Ishita trying to save Shagun's life but instead she becomes a victim of the crocodile attack.

Post this incident Ishita will end up with a disfigured face and this will bring in a major storm in Raman (Karan Patel) and Ishita's life.

This is not the first time that Ishita has done a daredevil act as previously too, she has done stunts like driving a bus to save her family and also the underwater scene.
