I have not watched the movie but I remember one more movie with Arjun,Radha and famous Telugu actor I forget the name of the Tamil movie but the Telugu actor is married to Radha and Radha is possessed by a nagin who wants to take revenge on her Radha husband because he accidentally kills nagin husband so she tries to get intimate with her husband in Radha forms before full moon because when he is inside her the posion from her will spread to his body and he will die and Arjun is the friend who stops Radha from getting intimate with her husband finally killing the nagain and frees Radha from her possession

I guess that is the way they are going to go by making Shagun does all the things in Ishita form and everyone is going to blame Ishita for wanting to harm Raman.

1. Ishita is possessed by Shagun atama.

2. Ishita acted like Shagun so everyone was afraid of her and was watching her 100 % not giving her any freedom

3. Now Shagun has fully possessed Ishita there is no more Ishita but for her to be allowed to be free Shagun has to convince rest of the Bhalla and Iyers that Shagun athama has left Ishita body so Shagun is trying to act like Ishita so that they will allow her to roam free.

4. Now whatever Khanad Shagun is going to do everybody is going to blame Ishita because they will think only Ishita is doing it because according to them Ashok has shooed away Shagun from Ishita😆

There are lot of Tamil movies with this concept that heroine tries to harm her husband by giving poison or trying to get intimate with her husband to kill her husband in a possessed state and a friend/brother will save the husband finally curing the heroine from her possessed state so that is what we were talking about.

I guess YHM CV might be following one of these movies.
