Yes I saw Almost Heaven, and in that the girl is in a coma, and her spirit is outside her body. I think her family had to decide if to turn off her life support, and it was at this point, her spirit returns to her body. The guy she got to know during the time she was a spirit was living in her old flat. But when she returned to her body she could not remember him. But she felt like she was missing something. Then I think she finally remembers when she meets him again. It was a very nice movie. Very romantic. So who knows? Maybe they will copy it here and waste it all on Shagun! Lol

Hey this type of Bollywood movie is also there. Its I see You. Arjun Rampal is the hero, heroine in coma and is doc herself and after coming back to life she doesn't remember Hero.
