It's like by hook or by crook, we have to see Shagu.. even if that means being in Ishita's body or even Raman's body. All this is I think to show that when real shagu comes back, everyone will just praise her that how she changes into a good person, but how Ishita changed into a bad person.

I think shit will hit the fan tomorrow when Raman will realize he will lose Ishita to Ashok , just like he lost Shagun.Every time he thinks he can just ignore, go to office, and when she was acting wierd left her alone in the streets of Delhi at night! wow! He would never have done that to Shagun...
