It begins in delhi
Bhalla house
Ishita told mr n mrs bhalla about taking raman outing , they were happy n bless her for all happiness , toshi give her raman favorite dish n ishita leave .
In hospital
Param along with ishra they go for a drive n to see raman reaction being out side hospital .
Param sit in driver seat , Ishita was about to sit in front n raman back seat , but raman hold her hand n make her sit back with him .
From this gesture param found out raman brain is started to work as a normal person , as he dont want his wife to sit with another man , he was happy .
In car param did guide for ishita as it her first time in delhi , both enjoy it , raman was happy to be with ishita .
Param was please to see raman in a good n happy state , ishita take pic of the views then take selfie with raman n selfie for the trio also .
Parambwas talking to ishita n pass near a cliff , as they were in the cliff road , raman start to have some past memory which was coming clearly slowly to him like , holding ishita hand while he was driving .
Due of this raman start to be agitated n ishita saw it , she hold his hand n caress him to be relax , she was giving him a full comfort n support and the caring as a wife do for husband .
Here she was not as a doctor but like a wife the way she was consoling him , param who was watching them from view mirror n pray to make it come true what ever he feel for both .
Raman who was cont agitated hold her hand so tightly , he saw him n ishita .
Flash back
In car they hold each ever hands with love happy , raman kiss her hand , while he was driving .
R " Ishita im so happy today , i felt i got every thing so easy way , n most im a happy man to get a wife like you , just like my dream girl , you dont know how my parents must be more impatient to see you , you will not be DIL but daughter for them " ; he kiss her hand .
I " Raman more than you , im so excited to meet them , because of you i will get a mother love which i miss a lot , appa give me lots of love but a mother love is different , i promise to take care of them like my parents , im so happy to have you in my life love you " ; she too kiss his hand .
R " Mum will love you more than me , you wont feel stranger with her , she will shower her love on you , ishita if ever some thing happen to me promise me you will take care of them , they should stay happy , keep them happiness , my life is attach with you n my parents , love you " .
She shut his mouth on saying " Dont talk dad thing today raman , i wont be able to leave without you raman , my life is relate with you , im nothing without you i too will die , i love you too " ; she feel dizzy n headace she hold her head .
Raman notice it he hold her n ask " Ishita what happen is happening to you " ; he hold her in a panic state .
He cont to try to wake her as she lost conscious , he hit her cheek to wake her , with one hand other hand was driving , his mind was just on her on trying to wake her , he was so afraid if she got some thing wrong , n the road where they were cant stop as it so small , he has to cont it even he could not look at road every time .
Suddenly she open her eyes n shout as she saw a car coming she shout n close her eyes , when raman try to control his car he saw another ishita in the other car in driving place .
He loose his control he hit with her car both car met with accident , he could just shout ishita when their car was rolling on the cliff .
Present in car
Raman shout ishita , he start to cry n stammers in a proper way , he shout ishita n start get his attack again he shout no ishita with loud voice , param stop the car to check him but stop when he saw .
Ishita hug him tightly , he too hug her tightly , she pacify him on saying she " Shshh im here with you raman , im here nothing happen to me " ; she caress him while she was comforting him .
Now it her who start to have some shade image of her being with some one in a car n was " im so happy to get you in my life i love you " ; then kiss the hand of that man who was him she could not seen his face.
She become confused n broke the hug n think who was that man with whom she was in that car , the way she was it looks like she was very comfortable with him , it could be subbu , her mind could not work nor understand what was that .
They reach hospital , raman attack was still cont , they take him in his room try to control him , she was still hold him to control him , until param give him injection n notice ishita being affected with his pain , she was feeling sad on seeing him in that condition , he ask her to leave him .
As she was about to leave , raman talk on saying " Two ishita in car " ; in stammers n pain voice .
That leave param n ishita shock 😲 n confused 😕 what does it means two ishita in car .
