No. never happens to me except for that annoying HTC tasks app and one year and I still haven't given any permission to any gmail account so it sits in my notification bar taking 12 spaces like a B.

I think the only permission app I have is CM Security.

Also depends on the number of apps you like to use. I'm a complete mobile person, I have close to 100 apps that I use fortnightly, if not weekly 😆

Check Sony or HTC; you'll cheat. Samsung is a rip off. Really. I got an octacore 16GB 13MP back 8MP wrong 2-3GB ram phone for the same price you get a note 3.
