3 months passed, Ishita pregnancy was going smoothly. She has entered her 2nd trimester. Her pregnancy still had complications but it was under control. She was in strict observation of Raman, her husband, whom she had fondly started referring as Dr Raman.

Raman use to take care of her medicines, her exercises, her diet along with his two assistants Adi and Ruhi. Ishita was finally able to convince Raman for her clinic after more than 100 hugs and millions kisses as compensation. Though Raman allowed her but it was not more than 2 hours in day with weekends off. Adi Ruhi and his whole family use to take care of Ishita when Raman was out for meeting or office work. Ishita was enjoying being pampered by everyone, esp. her Ravan Kumar.

Sunday Evening at Bhalla house

Ishita was resting in her room; Whole family gathered in living room.

Raman was playing video game with Adi, Romi. Ruhi was playing with Rohit who was on his mother lap. Toshi came with milk for Adi and Ruhi.

Toshi- Chalo Adi Ruhi dhooth pi lo

(Have your milk Adi Ruhi.)

Adi took his glass from the tray placed on side table. As Shravan came to call Ruhi , she quickly finished her milk and ran toward him and her hand accidently hit glass kept by Adi on side table.It broke into pieces and milk spilled on floor.

Ruhi- Sorry dadi maine jan bujhke nahi kiya.

(Sorry dadi. I didn't do it intentionally)

Raman- Ruhi beta sambhal ke .Dekho pura milk gir gaya.

(Careful Ruhi. See whole milk spilled on floor)

Ruhi started crying

Toshi- Oyye Raman kyu dant raha hai isse. Isne janke todhi na giraya. Tu ja puttar Shravan ke saath jake khel. Maine neelu bol ke saf karva dungi.

(Raman why are you scolding her. It was an accident. Ruhi you go and play with Shravan. I will tell Neelu for clean this)

Ruhi left with Shravan

Toshi- Neelu yeh saf karde jaldi aur adi ke liye dusra shake bana de.

(Neelu clean this quickly and make another shake for Adi)

Ishita was coming down and unknowingly stepped on milk. She was about to fall when two pairs of hands held her tightly. His one hand around her and other on her stomach.

Raman- Tum theek ho. Dekh Kar nahi chal sakti

(Are you ok. Can't you see)

Ishita - Raman main toh bas. I m sorry. Mera dyaan nahi tha

Raman- Tumhara dhyaan hota kab hai. Kitni careless ho. Agar gir jati toh

Toshi- Raman bas kar. Matarani ka shukhr hai kuch hua nahi. Ishita Puttar chal main tere liye fruits lati hoon Aur neelu jaldi se isse saaf kar.

(Enough Raman. With god's grace nothing happened. Ishita come and have fruits. Neelu clean this mess quickly)

In Ishra bedroom

Ishita knew what was coming next. Her Ravan kumar standing in front of her and looking at her angrily.

Raman- Tumhara dyaan kahan rehta hai. Tumhe who milk dikha nahi. Aakhen hai ya buttons

(Where was your attention? You couldn't see that milk. You have got eyes or buttons)

Ishita - Raman maine kahan na sorry. Sach mein maine dekha nahi. Main agli baar se careful rahugi

(Raman I said Sorry. I didn't see it. I will be careful next time)

Raman- 1 min! Agli baar se tumhara kya maltab hai. Tumhe phir se uska replay karna hai.

(1 min! What do you mean by next time? You want replay of this again?)

Ishita knew he was angry and his Jhansi ki rani knew very well how to make up with him. She kissed his right cheek. He liked it but still maintained his angry look.

Raman- Oh Madrassan yeh chichori harkate karke baat mat badlo. (Taken from yhm episode)

Ishita smiled and kissed his left cheek. Raman was enjoying this. She then kissed his forehead his eyes nose. She was about to kiss his lips but then moved away.

Ishita - Aap naraaz hai na . Okay theek hai main ja rahi hhon

(You are angry with me. Fine I am going)

Raman pulled her back softly- Pehle apna kaam toh khatam karke jao

(First finish your work)

Ishita acted innocent - Kaunsa kaam

(What work)

Raman - Acha main detail main batata hoon . Raman kumar bhalla ko tease karne ki sazza

Without waiting for her reply he took her lips and started kissing her passionately. Soon Ishita responded back. With the need for oxygen they broke. She hid herself in his chest.

Ishita- I am sorry Raman. I promise main apna dyaan rakhugi Promise

Raman- You better do that . Warna you know your punishment

She blushed - Yes! Dr Raman

Ishita was now 4 months pregnant..

Shagun was in Delhi. So she came to meet Adi and Ruhi.

It was a usual morning in Bhalla house. All were busy in their chores. Shagun was about to enter Bhalla house. When she heard Mrs Iyer and Mihika talking in compound.

Mrs Iyer - Chalo Mihika ! Pongo pongo. Hume ishu ke liye pisam banana hai .Usse subah se khane ki craving ho rahi hai .

Mihika - Ji periamma . Ap dekhana ishu akka ka baby ek dum Tamilian hoga . She giggled

They didnt noticed Shagun and entered Iyer house.

Shagun to herself - Oh Ishiita pregnant hai. And smirks

She entered Bhalla house. Toshi saw her first.

Toshi - Tu sawere sawere yahan yahan kya kar rahi hai

(What are you doing here)

Shagun - Main Adi aur Ruhi se milne aayi hoon .Unki vacation chal rahi hai. Isliye unhe bula dijiye.

(I came to meet Adi and Ruhi . I know there vacations are going. So call them)

Shagun saw Ishita coming down from her room followed by Raman who was telling her to be careful. They saw shagun together.

Raman spoke - Shagun tum yahan kyu aayi ho .Ab kya chahiye tumhe.

(What are you doing here. What do you want now)

Shagun - Raman plz Mujhe tum se behas nahi karni. Main Adi ruhi se milne aayi hoon.Unhe bula do.

(Raman plz I don't want to argue with you. I came to meet Adi and ruhi. Call them)

Raman was about to answer when Ishita stopped him by keeping her hand on his shoulder.
Ishita - Raman plz woh unki Maa hai ..Unse milne hi toh aayi hai .

(Raman plz she is their mother. She just came to meet them)

Ishita - Ruhi Shravan ke saath khel rahi hai aur Adi football practice ke liye gaya hai . Tum wait karlo Adi bas aata hi hoga.

(Ruhi is playing with Shravan and Adi has gone for his Football Practice. Wait they will come soon.)

Shagun - Theek hai Main yahi wait karti hoon.

(Fine I'll wait )

Mrs Bhalla called everyone for breakfast .Ishita invited shagun to have breakfast with them .

Shagun - Plz Ishita Apna drama band karo .Yeh jagat mata hone ka natak tum baki sab ke saath kiya karo. Mujhpe iska koi asar nahi hoga.

(Please Ishita Stop this drama of being Jagat mata. Keep this for others. It can't influence me)

Raman angrily walked towards them - Rehne do Ishita! Isse pyar ki basha samjh nahi aati . Yeh pyar ko kya samjhe gi jo apne bacho ko marne ke liye chod ke chali gayi thi.

(Leave it Ishita. She can never understand language of love. She left her own children in danger for her life)

Ishita -Raman plz

Shagun - Ishita tum kyon usse rok rahi ho .Tumhe toh maza aa raha hoga . Aur suna hai tum maa banene wali hoon. She smiled Kya baat hai ek baanj Maa banene wali hai . Jo aj tak mere bacho ko apna kehti rahi aj maa banana chahti ho. Tum toh sabke ke liye yashoda maiya ho. Toh ab apna bacha .. Haha ..Waise ek baat keh do ishita tumhare naseeb main baanj bankar hi jeena likha hai. Dekhna tumhara bacha iss duniya main hi nahi ayega .

(Ishita why are you stopping him. You must be enjoying this. And wait I have heard you are pregnant. Really Barren women becoming mother. Till now you were calling my children yours. Now you want to be mother. You are yashoda maa for all and now What happened. But let me tell you one thing becoming mother is not in your destiny. You will always remain barren. Raman shouted - Not a single word more Shagun .Tum mere bacho ki maa ho warna pata nahi aj main kya kar dunga. Before I lose my temper just Get out

Without waiting for her reply he dragged her out of the house door. He shut door hard on her face.
As he turned, he saw Ishita's one hand on her head . With other she was taking help of sofa to maintain her balance. He ran toward her and next moment she fainted in his arms.
